Welcome to the Macromolecular Structural Biology Research Group at the Biotechnology Department, IIT Hyderabad. We use multi-pronged and complementary approaches, including structural (X-ray crystallography), computational/bioinformatics, biochemical & biophysical techniques that each feed into one another, to investigate the macromolecular-mediated recognition & characterization, validation of drug targets, catalysis & enzyme engineering, and inhibitors/drug/vaccine design.
